Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full-Time Waiter to join our dynamic team at The Azure Bistro & Bar. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to provide exceptional service. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience from the moment they walk in until they leave. We value a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to teamwork. Full training will be provided to help you excel in this role, making it an ideal position even for those with limited prior experience. This role includes free accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
