Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet event attendees upon arrival
- Guide guests to their designated seats or various event areas
- Scan and verify tickets or registration information efficiently
- Provide accurate information about event schedules, facilities, and services
- Maintain order and ensure a pleasant atmosphere throughout the event
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and any special needs
- Collaborate with other team members and event organizers to ensure smooth operations
- Address minor issues or direct more complex concerns to appropriate staff members
