Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Weekend Lounge Hostess to join our dedicated team at Sapphire Sky Lounge. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to provide top-tier customer service in a high-end environment. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient seating. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival at Sapphire Sky Lounge.
- Efficiently manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements to optimize lounge capacity and guest satisfaction.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist with initial inquiries about the lounge's offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our establishment.
- Answer incoming calls professionally, provide accurate information, and assist with booking inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the service and bar staff to ensure seamless guest flow and service delivery.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests or concerns with poise and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of hygiene and presentation throughout the lounge.
Required Skills
