Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting entry-level opportunity to be part of the vibrant world of live entertainment? Live Nation Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ushers/Greeters in Baltimore. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone eager to gain experience in event management and customer service, as no previous experience is required – we provide full training! As an Usher/Greeter, you will be the welcoming face of our venues, ensuring every guest has a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival at the venue.
- Direct guests to their seats, facilities, and points of interest (restrooms, concessions, exits).
- Scan tickets and ensure guests have appropriate access.
- Provide accurate information about events, venue services, and policies.
- Monitor assigned sections for guest comfort, safety, and adherence to venue rules.
- Assist guests with special needs or accessibility requirements.
- Resolve minor guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment within the venue.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (retail, food service, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with local Baltimore area and attractions.
