Job Description
The Palm Restaurant at The George Lagos is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Continental Restaurant Servers for both morning and evening shifts. You will be instrumental in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, serving exquisite continental dishes, and maintaining a sophisticated dining environment. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining area for cleanliness and guest needs, clearing tables efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant for shifts.
