Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Floor Server to join our dynamic team at The Oasis Grand Bistro. As a Floor Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and seat them appropriately.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully.
- Monitor dining tables to ensure guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests.
- Clear tables, prepare for new guests, and assist with general dining room upkeep.
- Handle guest payments accurately and process transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
