Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Waitress to join our esteemed team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by excellent customer service and performance-based incentives. As a Waitress at Yellow Chilli, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a delightful dining experience. Your ability to engage with customers, accurately take orders, recommend menu items, and upsell will directly contribute to your high commission and tips potential. We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of service. Full training on our menu, service protocols, and POS system will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting and seating guests upon arrival.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information on daily specials, ingredients, and preparations.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Making informed recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Checking on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Processing payments and handling cash/card transactions with precision.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Actively seeking opportunities to upsell and promote special offerings to maximize commission and tips.
