Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and presentable individuals to join our team as VIP Event Hostesses. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with people, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to providing exceptional guest experiences at various upscale events. As a VIP Event Hostess, you will be the face of Luxuri Events, ensuring our guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and attended to throughout the event. This is a per-gig opportunity, offering flexibility and competitive remuneration. Full training will be provided, and all necessary event attire will be supplied.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome VIP guests upon their arrival at events.
- Assist guests with registration, seating, and provide directional guidance.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.
- Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information about event schedules and facilities.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer assistance to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate effectively with event coordinators and other staff members to ensure smooth event flow.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and appearance, representing Luxuri Events & Hospitality.
- Assist with light administrative tasks or guest management as required by event specific needs.
