Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Sunday Buffet Waiter at The Oasis Grand Hotel in Ogba, Ikeja. This is an entry-level, part-time position perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an impeccable dining experience during our popular Sunday Buffet from 8am to 4pm. We offer a supportive environment, comprehensive training, and complimentary meals during your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements for the buffet.
- Explain buffet offerings and answer any guest questions regarding food items.
- Ensure the buffet area is well-stocked, clean, and appealing at all times.
- Clear plates and utensils from tables promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist kitchen staff with minor replenishment tasks for the buffet line.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider dining and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the hotel.
