Job Description
Join Eko Hotels & Suites as a Student Ushering Model, playing a vital role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for guests attending various events. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and guide guests to their designated areas, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
- Provide assistance and information to guests regarding event schedules, facilities, and general inquiries.
- Actively monitor event areas for safety concerns and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
- Assist with crowd control and maintaining order during high-traffic periods.
- Ensure all exit routes and emergency pathways remain clear and accessible.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing the hotel's brand.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Attend pre-event briefings and debriefings to understand event specifics and safety protocols.
