Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Fruit Pickers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season in Carnarvon, Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for seasonal work, particularly those on a Working Holiday Visa seeking to complete their 88 days of specified work for visa extension. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You will be responsible for carefully harvesting various fruits, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to a productive and positive work environment. Accommodation options are available to support our seasonal workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick a variety of fruits according to quality standards and production targets.
- Handle produce with care to prevent bruising and damage.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including sun and heat.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other farm tasks as required during harvest periods.
