Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Protocol Associates for Weekend Weddings. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of memorable celebrations, ensuring every guest experiences flawless hospitality and adherence to event protocols. You will play a crucial role in managing guest flow, assisting VIPs, and maintaining the elegant atmosphere that defines Balmoral Group events. Full training will be provided to ensure you master the specific protocols and standards required.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist wedding guests upon arrival, directing them to appropriate areas.
- Manage guest registration and seating arrangements according to event plans.
- Liaise with event planners and venue staff to ensure smooth execution of the wedding day timeline.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist with VIP guest management, ensuring their comfort and adherence to special requests.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and decorum throughout the event.
- Support the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed.
- Ensure all event signage and directional aids are correctly placed and visible.
- Provide general assistance to the event management team as required.
