Job Description
Are you a friendly, enthusiastic individual with a passion for people and a desire to kickstart your career in the exciting world of events? The Lekki Coliseum is looking for motivated Event Hostesses to join our dynamic team! No prior experience is needed – we believe in potential and provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills required to excel in this role. You will be the welcoming face of our events, ensuring every guest feels valued and enjoys a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at various events.
- Efficiently direct guests to their designated areas, such as seating, registration desks, or specific event zones.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding event schedules, facilities, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of The Lekki Coliseum.
- Assist event managers and coordinators with various tasks to ensure smooth event flow.
- Handle guest concerns or inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas during events.
