Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Cocktail Servers to join our high-energy team at Atmosphere Bar & Lounge. As a Cocktail Server, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a fantastic time from the moment they walk in. You will take drink orders, serve beverages promptly, and maintain a vibrant atmosphere, contributing to the overall success of our lounge.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and energetic demeanor, assisting them with seating and menu inquiries.
- Take accurate drink orders and relay them to bartenders efficiently.
- Serve cocktails, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests or concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, bar tops, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and preparing the lounge for service.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
