Job Description
We are seeking professional and engaging individuals to fill the role of Corporate Usher for our various exhibitions and conferences held across Surulere, Lagos. As a Corporate Usher, you will be the first point of contact for our attendees, playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and organized event experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to enter the events industry, as full training will be provided. Your primary goal will be to assist guests, direct traffic flow, and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout our events.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome attendees to events, providing assistance with a friendly demeanor.
- Direct attendees to various areas, including registration desks, exhibition halls, conference rooms, and facilities.
- Provide accurate information about event schedules, layouts, and services as needed.
- Assist in managing crowd control and maintaining orderly queues.
- Ensure compliance with event guidelines and safety procedures for all attendees.
- Support event staff with various tasks as required, including light setup and tidying.
- Handle attendee inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards of conduct at all times.

- Ability to speak additional local languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo) is beneficial
