Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our production team as Factory Workers. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in the manufacturing industry. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines, contributing to the high-quality standards of Nestlé products. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Full training will be provided to successful candidates. Staff quarters are available for employees requiring accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet Nestlé standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors and management.
