Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Cocktail Server to join our high-energy team at Vivid Nightclub & Lounge. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional customer service skills, and have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for taking drink orders, serving beverages, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time in one of Victoria Island’s most sought-after venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present cocktail menus, offering recommendations as appropriate.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system and relay them to the bar and kitchen staff.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and server stations.
- Collaborate with bartenders, security, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Upsell beverages and promotional items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
