Job Description

In this crucial remote role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential donors, sharing our impactful mission, and inspiring support for our vital programs. Full training will be provided, so no prior fundraising experience is necessary – just a desire to help others and a positive attitude!
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential donors over the phone in a professional and compelling manner.
- Effectively communicate Goodwill's mission, programs, and impact to foster donor support.
- Educate donors on how their contributions directly benefit individuals and communities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of donor interactions and pledges.
- Work collaboratively with the fundraising team to achieve daily and weekly outreach goals.
- Adhere to all organizational guidelines and best practices for donor engagement.
