Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Hotel Servers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high standards of service. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive work environment. A staff hostel is available for associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus clearly and accurately.
- Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper table settings.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
