Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Corporate Ushers to join our vibrant team. As a Corporate Usher, you will be the welcoming face of our exhibitions and conferences, ensuring all attendees have a smooth, enjoyable, and well-organized experience. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to contribute to high-profile events. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome attendees to various corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Provide directional assistance, guiding attendees to appropriate halls, sessions, and facilities.
- Assist with registration and check-in processes, verifying credentials and distributing event materials.
- Maintain order and flow within event venues, managing queues and ensuring smooth transitions between activities.
- Address attendee inquiries and provide accurate information about event schedules, speakers, and amenities.
- Collaborate with event organizers and security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event materials as required.
- Represent Eventful Limited with professionalism and a helpful demeanor at all times.
