Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Continental Restaurant Servers to join our esteemed culinary team. This role involves working morning and evening shifts to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in our sophisticated continental restaurant. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and are committed to delivering outstanding service with a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus clearly and accurately.
- Take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel's POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as hotel service standards.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.

- Familiarity with continental cuisine and beverage offerings.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
