Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Factory Workers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. Full training will be provided to all successful candidates. We offer a stable working environment with the added benefit of staff quarters available for eligible employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor product quality and report any deviations to supervisors.
- Assist in packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.
- SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification.
- Proximity to the Ikeja industrial area.
