Job Description
Grand Royale Hotel & Suites, Ikeja is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Waitresses to join our dynamic hospitality team. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and seat them appropriately.

- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism.
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (at least 6 months) as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling orders and payments.
Preferred Qualifications
