Job Description
Sterling Event Staffing is urgently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Wedding Ushers for immediate bookings on weekends. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work within the vibrant events industry. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role. As a Wedding Usher, you will be the welcoming face of various wedding celebrations, ensuring guests feel comfortable and well-guided throughout the event. We are looking for individuals who are punctual, possess excellent communication skills, and have a positive, helpful demeanor. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at wedding venues.
- Guide guests to their seats during ceremonies and receptions, ensuring a smooth flow.
- Provide directions to restrooms, cloakrooms, and other venue facilities.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special needs they may have.
- Help distribute programs, favors, or other materials as required by the event hosts.
- Maintain a tidy and organized entrance and seating area.
- Coordinate with event planners and other staff members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Remain professional and attentive throughout the duration of the event.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
