Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting entry point into the hospitality industry? Lagoon Haven Resort is seeking dedicated and eager individuals to join our team as Resort Floor Staff. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for those who are passionate about service and keen to learn. You will be a vital part of ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces.
- Assist guests with inquiries, luggage, and general needs, providing a friendly and welcoming presence.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Support other resort departments as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience through excellent service and attention to detail.
