Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitresses to join our dynamic team at The Place Restaurant in Magodo, Lagos. As a Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk in until they leave. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting with table setup and clearing, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Full training will be provided to ensure you excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and service.
- Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
