Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team as a Waitress. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Process guest payments efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role (3 months+)
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
