Job Description

Cadbury Nigeria Plc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Inspection Assistant to join our factory team in Ogba, Lagos. Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Verify product specifications against quality standards and documentation.
- Accurately record inspection results and report any deviations or non-conformities.
- Assist with basic tests and measurements using provided tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with production team members to resolve quality issues.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills (reading, writing, simple calculations).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
