Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Student Ushering Models to join our team in Festac Town. This role is perfect for students seeking flexible work that contributes to a safe and enjoyable environment for cinema-goers. You will be instrumental in guiding guests, maintaining order, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols during screenings and events. This is an entry-level position where full training will be provided, focusing on customer service, crowd management, and emergency procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct patrons to their assigned seats with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Verify tickets and ensure smooth entry and exit from auditoriums.
- Monitor assigned areas for safety hazards and maintain cleanliness before, during, and after screenings.
- Assist patrons with special needs and provide information regarding cinema facilities and showtimes.
- Enforce cinema policies regarding food and beverage, noise levels, and mobile device usage.
- Report any disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuation, as trained.
Required Skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Must be a currently enrolled student or recently graduated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or event support is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to speak multiple local languages is an advantage.
- First Aid certification is a bonus.
