Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Factory Packaging Hands. This entry-level position is crucial to our operations, ensuring our high-quality products are packaged efficiently and accurately for distribution. Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform visual quality checks on products and packaging materials.
- Accurately count, label, and pack finished products into boxes or containers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 15 kg.
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
