Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Rooftop Lounge Servers to join our prestigious team. As a Rooftop Lounge Server, you will be responsible for providing impeccable food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with a thorough understanding of all offerings, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or lounge setting.
- Familiarity with various types of cuisine, beverages, and cocktail preparation.
- Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros, Aloha).
- Certification in food handling or responsible alcohol service.
