Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Quick Service Servers. In this role, you will be the face of Chicken Republic, ensuring every customer enjoys a fast, friendly, and exceptional dining experience. This is an on-site position located in our vibrant Ikeja branch, offering consistent weekly pay and a daily complimentary lunch to keep you energized.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets Chicken Republic's standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, serving stations, and kitchen service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant or customer service role (6 months preferred)
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
