Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Beach Resort Waitresses to join our dynamic team at Azure Sands Resort & Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver exceptional service in a beautiful resort setting. As a Beach Resort Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience, from taking orders to serving food and beverages with a friendly smile. On-site staff accommodation is provided, making this an ideal role for those looking for convenience and a thriving community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests at tables, poolside, and beach areas.
- Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and correctly.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Clear tables and prepare them for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
