Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Lounge Greeter to join our team for the evening shift. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests, manage the flow of arrivals, and assist with any initial inquiries to ensure a smooth and pleasant start to their experience at The Sapphire Lounge. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality, eager to learn and grow. Full training will be provided, and we offer a complimentary drop-off service after your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all guests upon their arrival at The Sapphire Lounge.
- Manage guest flow efficiently, escorting guests to their tables or waiting areas as needed.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding lounge services, events, or local information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception and lounge entrance areas.
- Assist with reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
- Collaborate effectively with service staff, security, and management to ensure seamless guest service.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns appropriately to management.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems.
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.

- Fluency in multiple languages, such as English and Yoruba, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Sangotedo area and local attractions.
