Job Description

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those with no prior experience, offering comprehensive training and a clear path for fast promotion within our organization. As a Food Runner, you will be a vital link between our kitchen and our guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our delicious dishes, contributing to a seamless and delightful dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables promptly and accurately.
- Assist servers with table setup, clearing, and resetting during service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and address any special requests.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and food delivery pathways.
- Ensure all food presentations meet our high standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Learn our menu items, daily specials, and ingredients to assist guests and servers.
- Support the entire front-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
