Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Floor Waitress in our bustling Ogba, Ikeja branch. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in hospitality, as no prior experience is required. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role. As a Floor Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and drink orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any needs.
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for new guests.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
