Job Description
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Servers to join our dynamic team at Spice Route Restaurant. As a Floor Server, you will be a crucial point of contact for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to presentation standards.
- Monitor dining areas to anticipate and respond to guest needs, refilling drinks and clearing plates as necessary.
- Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
