Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team at The Grand Ikorodu Hotel & Suites. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to learn the art of bartending. As a Bar Attendant, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience, serving beverages with a friendly demeanor and maintaining a clean, organized bar area. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. We offer on-site room accommodation as part of this role, providing convenience and comfort for our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware and equipment.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
