Job Description
We are seeking talented and motivated Technology & Software Engineers to join our dynamic team in Green Bay, WI. This role is open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship, demonstrating our commitment to building a diverse and global workforce. As a Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining critical software applications that power our vast logistics and transportation network. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, React).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
