Job Description

As a Party Usher, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at various event locations.
- Politely guide attendees to their designated seating areas, specific zones, or points of interest within the venue.
- Provide clear and concise information to guest inquiries regarding event schedules, facilities, and general logistics.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, representing Lagos Elite Events with the highest standards of hospitality.
- Assist with guest check-in processes, ticket verification, or distribution of event materials as required.
- Monitor event areas to ensure a pleasant and orderly environment for all attendees.
- Proactively assist guests with any needs or issues, escalating complex problems to event management when necessary.
