Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Waiters in Sangotedo. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals, with or without prior experience, to kickstart their career in the hospitality sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience, from greeting them warmly to serving their meals with a smile. Full training will be provided to help you excel in this role, making it perfect for those eager to learn and grow in a dynamic restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction with every dish.
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operational standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and clearing tables.
