Job Description
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Waitress to join our dynamic team at Yellow Chilli Restaurant & Bar in Opebi, Ikeja. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. While previous experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic applicants with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided to ensure your success. You will be a vital part of our front-of-house team, ensuring every guest enjoys a delightful and memorable visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
