Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team as Factory Machine Feeders. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in a dynamic industrial environment. Full, comprehensive training will be provided on-site, ensuring you gain the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient feeding of raw materials into production machinery, maintaining a steady workflow, and supporting overall production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and feed raw materials or components into production machinery according to operational procedures.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure a continuous supply of materials and proper functioning.
- Report any machine malfunctions, material shortages, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with the basic setup and changeover of machines as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on materials as they are loaded to ensure they meet specifications.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety (training will be provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- SSCE (Senior School Certificate Examination) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
