Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent Production Line Packers to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Ikeja. This entry-level role is crucial to our production process, ensuring that our high-quality products are packed efficiently and meet all our rigorous standards. You will be responsible for packing products as they come off the production line, preparing them for distribution. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training, so no prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack finished products into designated containers, boxes, or cartons according to company specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects during the packing process and report any issues to supervisors.
- Ensure accurate labeling and dating of packed products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate basic packing machinery and equipment as required, after receiving appropriate training.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school education (SSCE/WAEC/NECO).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting (even if not directly packing) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg.
