Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and vibrant Event Hostesses to join our dynamic team for various upcoming events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality and events industry. As an Event Hostess, you will be the face of Eko Hotels & Suites, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience for all our guests. We provide comprehensive training, making this an ideal role for individuals with little to no prior experience but a strong desire to excel and contribute to memorable events. Immediate screening and onboarding will be conducted for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at events.
- Assist guests with registration, directions, and general inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and presentable event space.
- Provide information about event schedules, facilities, and services.
- Assist event coordinators with various tasks as needed, ensuring smooth event flow.
- Handle guest concerns or direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
