Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat customers upon their arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and assist with table setup.
- Process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in periodically and addressing any concerns.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
