Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Alausa Bistro & Grill as a Weekend Waitress! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible part-time work, with the added benefit of being paid every Sunday night. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to provide excellent service to our guests during our busiest weekend hours. While previous experience is a plus, it’s not strictly required – we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all else. You will be an integral part of ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and seating them promptly.
- Presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Relaying orders to the kitchen staff and ensuring timely delivery.
- Serving food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
- Handling payments and operating the POS system efficiently.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
