Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Bottling Plant Factory Worker. In this role, you will be an integral part of our production line, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of bottling and packaging processes. This position involves working in shifts and offers an attractive shift allowance. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining our high standards of product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottling and packaging machinery under supervision.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging materials.
- Load raw materials onto production lines and move finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
