Job Description
Lakowe Lakes Golf & Country Estate is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Resort Floor Staff. This is an incredible opportunity for motivated candidates looking to start a career in hospitality, offering comprehensive training and the unique benefit of free room and board. As Floor Staff, you will be an essential part of our guest experience, ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and smooth operation of various resort areas. You will interact with guests, support operational teams, and maintain the high standards that Lakowe Lakes is known for. We welcome applicants with no prior experience who possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, guest corridors, and specific assigned sections.
- Assist in setting up and clearing common areas, meeting rooms, or event spaces as required.
- Support various departmental teams, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office, as needed.
- Replenish supplies in common areas and guest facilities.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards promptly.
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, responding to inquiries and requests with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all resort policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and career progression.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service role (even non-hospitality related) is a plus but not required.
