Job Description
Are you enthusiastic about hospitality and eager to start a career in the food and beverage industry? The Royal Palm Resort & Conference Centre is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Servers. No prior experience is required – we believe in talent and potential, and we are committed to providing comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks to guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of dining supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
